What measures can be taken to generate awareness on human and constitutional (civic) rights amongst adolescent children in schools and young adults in colleges/universities?

Keeping idea of "Pokemon Go" in mind, same interactive apps can be created to educate students about the constitutional rights in return to some reward etc.

Introduce a basic subject to be taught in educational institutes. The curriculum should be made really simple, an information guide about your rights on government in various civic situations, like safety and security, cleanliness of water, provision of free education for starting levels, etc. Can be made interactive like Ahsan mentioned above.
