Safe Public Transport for Women

How can digital tools and technology be used to provide safe public transport for working women?

    We need to categorize what issues are faced by females in public transports, and then address them one by one.

    General multiple ideas:

    - A dedicated public transport company for females. This is being launched somewhere I read recently.
    - An always-on mobile app on females' phone which is connected to 2/3 members of your family. It stores HOME and OFFICE coordinates as constant, and triggers the tracking when you are travelling in between, to calculate time, location and other variables and pass onto family members in the form of interface or SMS (if non smartphones). More value addition can be done, like putting checkpoints in between the way.
    - All-female private vehicles should be encouraged. If some lady driver is going to X area, she should car-pool with more females from the office, and they can share expenses.
