Reporting local problems to local authorities is very important to improve the city but there is no such system available in Islamabad. Existing old fashion method that visit local authorities office is very timing consuming due to that mostly citizen do not report problems. After reporting monitoring that problem has solved yet or not is key to problem reporting.

With FixMyStreet Platform we can easily launch a website that helps people to report street problems like potholes and broken street lights. Problem reports are then sent to authorities (etc. CDA, Islamabad Local Government) for fixing. The Platform can be used in many ways. CDA, Islamabad Local Government efficiency can be measured against problem fixing and site statistics can be utilize to make visualizations.
